Michigan is home to a number of world class museums that are as ambitious as they are diverse with many with priceless collections and unique curatorial missions. Leaders of some of these institutions will discuss their curatorial visions, their commitments to the community, and how they balance preservation with innovation.  What types of stories do Michigan’s museums choose to tell and how can they shape the role of museums in a rapidly changing cultural landscape?
